Summer update

I have been too busy to write much of anything these days. I've been building a career for myself which consists of little to no downtime during the day. It's a nice change of pace, besides the absence of the written word.

Apparently I am still argumentative perhaps because it is summer and during the summer I tend to get restless. I revert to school age where summer meant freedom, water, tents and campfires. But that isn't how summer is for me anymore. Maybe my body craves summer sunshine as much as it craves a stimulating career.

I hope to remedy this restlessness by utilizing our backyard firepit, and by allowing myself a week of water, tents, sun and smores sometime in august. There may be a trip to the mountains with B somewhere in there, along with a week long visit from his siblings in late june. Work and sleep is not what life is about. Especially in the summer time.

I want to go to Thailand. I want to go even if I have no companions to accompany me.

I need pure, unadlterated fun; wherever that takes me.
