He lost his job and his car all in the same week; in the blink of an eye.
How does this happen?

I vented to keri, the anger is gone. Now, its sadness that has overcome me.

He feels lost. I know. I just keep saying that there's a silver lining somewhere; that things will get better soon. He says he feels like packing up and leaving. I understand that feeling so well.

I could speculate about the reasons behind these misfortunes, but I won't. I just know that there has to be something better on the other side, waiting for him, and maybe for us too.

I pray that the university doesn't drop me from my classes yet. I can't pay the fees now, at least not today. Every quarter there is some obstacle and this one is no different.

Things will get better....things will get better.....things will get better...please tell me that things will get better....
