Today is not such a good day. I feel like poop. And I have no makeup on. And do you know why I feel like poop? .....Well? Do you?
I was thinking that I been feeling tired lately because I wasnt getting enough sleep and then I was going and working out every morning. But now, I think that I might be getting too much sleep. I'm pretty sure that my body has gotten used to getting up at 5am and working out, so when I sleep in and dont go to the gym, my body rebels and i'm tired the whole day. I don't know if that makes sense, but that is my explaination for now. =)
